Production Lines

Concorde Precision Machining provides customers with inspection, cleaning, assembly and remanufacturing value-added services. We are happy to provide these additional services to our machining in order to help our customers gain efficiency in their manufacturing operations.
They help our partners streamline vendor management, save time and money and recycle old or outdated components.

Inspection Services

CMM Inspection
Our CMM lab working envelope can fit parts up to 200 x 100 x 72 inches, and we employ two large-capacity DEA CMM machines with updated PC-DMIS software. For larger parts, we use the Leica Laser Tracker AT402 system.
Laser Inspection
We use laser technology for larger parts with stringent GD&T requirements to ensure all features are well within tolerance.


We create items equal to a new product in every aspect, allowing our customers to be participants in a more circular economy by offering recycled options to their customers. Some examples
of our services include:
  • Cut-down and re-boring of reciprocal and centrifugal compressors
  • Remanufacturing heavy equipment engines
  • Remanufacturing/re-machining compression components
  • Deburring, trueing, cleaning, inspection

Washing & Cleanroom

We use a Stingray Parts Washer to clean components
up to 179 x 80 x 70 inches. We also have a certified ISO 7/8
cleanroom to ensure parts are ready for final assembly.
